I would also like to thank you for taking a moment to learn about me. I grew up San Diego County but have spent many years living outside of the area living and working in cities like Los Angeles, New York and London. My career has been focused on marketing and advertising, and has included working for The Walt Disney Company along with consulting with some of the best know financial services firms in the world, like Citibank, American Express and Barclays Bank in England. The most important lessons from working with businesses like those are how to manage and service clients with high expectations. And those are important skills to apply in the real estate industry.
Those experiences taught me how to use service standards, technology, innovative marketing techniques and strong communication to achieve my client's goals, and do it in a way where they understand what is happening throughout the process and they are better prepared to use that experience to take them to the next level with each campaign.
That is what Sue and I would like to continue to be able to achieve with our valued clients in real estate. With each communication and with each transaction, we can better work toward their success in real estate. Whether that is buying and selling their primary residence, a vacation home, an apartment building, a parcel of land or a commercial development, we want to ensure that the experience is a great one and that you come away from it with a better understanding of the process, the financials and the opportunities to take your real estate involvement to the next level.
More than anything I value the relationships we develop in our business and the satisfaction that comes with seeing our clients and friends experience success. And that has always been my number one goal, whether its a teammate or a client, if I can help to make them successful, good things will happen for everyone involved.
